What an honor it was to return to Domodossola after 10 years as an invited participant of the 20th Canova International Architect Encounter! The city of Domodossola hosted this special edition, where I was one of the 23 international architects from 13 countries, representing Cyprus, gathered to reimagine the historic Collegio Rosmini.
The event also included visits to the Ghesc village-workshop, a Canova Foundation project dedicated to promoting traditional architecture and sustainable practices. Additionally, we extended our insights to Sacro Monte Calvario, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
I’m thrilled to have been part of this inspiring gathering, reflecting on historical places and innovative design. A special thanks to the Fondazione Canova, and especially to Ken, Giada, and Maurizio, for making this incredible experience possible.
