I participated in the ICDIMSE 2.0 2025 (The Second International Conference on Design Innovations and Management for a Sustainable Environment), which we jointly organized with Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology in India, with my research titled “Rethinking Housing for the Post-Anthropocene.”
In this study, I propose a conceptual shift from human-centered paradigms toward multispecies, ecologically integrated living environments—a new approach I refer to as adaptive coexistence.
Developed through the theoretical lenses of zoe-centrism, posthumanist urbanism, and regenerative architecture, I hope this model can inspire housing designs that go beyond sustainability, enabling new forms of environmental responsibility and multispecies urban resilience.

Aim of ICDIMSE_2.0 2025 Conference
The 2nd International Conference on Design Innovations and Management for Sustainable Environment (ICDIMSE_2.0 2025) is set to bring together a diverse group of academicians, scientists, practitioners, researchers, and scholars to foster the exchange of ideas and share scientific and practical insights on various aspects of sustainable design of the built environment. ICDIMSE_2.0 aims to enhance awareness and drive progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The conference aims to provide an interdisciplinary platform to discuss the most recent innovations, trends, concerns, practical encounters in building and environmental design and raise awareness concerning state-of-the-art strategies adopted in the fields of Sustainable Design of Built Environment. The ICDMSE_2.0 2025 will include the new themes of Housing and Neighborhoods, Sustainable Landscape and Planning. The conference will include prominent keynote speakers to promote the exchange of knowledge on the given conference themes, ranging from Building Design Innovations to Environmental Policy Making and Urban Resilience to Landscape and Housing. The conference aims to contribute to knowledge and practice on Design Innovations and Management for Sustainable Environments. The organizing institutions – Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology and Eastern Mediterranean University collaborate with other partner institutions aiming to achieve a robust international network.
