Within the context of 3rd year studio, ITU, Department of Urban and Regional Planning conducts a project in Famagusta, Cyprus for 2014-2015 Fall semester. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Kerem Koramaz coordinates the project 3, Regional Analysis and Development Scenarios.
The aim of this workshop was to bring together all multidisciplinary and academic experts in order to discuss the realities of Famagusta’s urban planning problems.

We spoke with ITU, Department of Urban and Regional Planning professors and students about Famagusta’s urban problems, legal constrains, environmental issues, initiatives’ expectations and our Bicommunial civil society movements ‘Hands on Famagusta’ and ‘The Famagusta Ecocity Project‘.
